Who we are

Nasaru Profile

Nasaru organization is an organization registered under the Non-Governmental Organizations Act established in 2002 with all its amendments and is registered as a NGO and the organization's office is located in Arusha region in the United Republic of Tanzania. Nasaru organization received a registration certificate in 2023 on Janaury, Nasaru organization is women lead organization, which aim to transform our society by embracing our culture and providing a holistic and modern education, women economic empowerment climate change mitigation and adaptation resilience and Gender issues within the pastoralist community and vulnerable children at urban area. This organization is overseen by a Board of Directors

To have better empowerment and development of women and children in facilitating their access to essential social services, economic empowerment and climate change resilience

Our values

OBJECTIVE To ensure all children from the pastoralist community, even the most marginalized children in the urban areas, get quality education in a healthy learning environment. To promote the conservation and wise use of nature and natural resources within the community To collaborate with community members, local and regional government bodies and other stakeholders to ensure the long-term needs of the community are being met. To comply with government regulations regarding the management of the trust and community school to ensure quality of education is provided. To ensure children from the pastoral community get quality education and good environment for studies. To Participate in strategic planning to ensure that the long-term needs of the community are being fully considered To oversee fundraising and approve grant applications to potential donors.

Emmanuel Takie Sangale is a university graduate with computer science degree focusing in the field of software project management. I am very passionate in making a difference in my local community since I grew up there and now hoping to use all my skills and efforts to help push further in both economic and social aspects. My role of a program manager by management of all digital platforms and tools used to collect record and store all data, as well as generating reports and feedback on all activities that will conducted throughout the entire lifetime of the projects.

Economic Empowerment for Maasai Women

The Nasaru Organization, in partnership with Tene Wells Consulting, empowers Maasai women in the Simanjiro district to achieve economic independence. Through initiatives such as establishing a bank, micro-enterprises, and sustainable income-generating activities, the project helps women provide for their families, break free from cultural and economic hardships, and create long-term livelihoods. This initiative also promotes financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and community development.

“Educational Donation from Japan to Ng’ung Emboreet Nursery School”

“In October 2025, Sora Fujita from Tokyo, Japan, partnered with the Nasaru Organization to donate 52 books, pencils, and razors to Ng’ung Emboreet Nursery School. This contribution supports the pupils’ learning environment and strengthens educational programs in the Maasai community, opening opportunities for future collaborations with Japanese donors.”
